Days like yesterday

Days like yesterday are those where I think i’m making wise eating choices, because I don’t feel “stuffed.” However, if you look at some of what I ate, there is an obvious pattern of bouncing between healthy and less-healthy choices.

Am: Smoothie with Shakeology, walnuts, chia seeds, berries of many sorts, spinach and several fruits, with a bit of greek yogurt.

Lunch: White iced cake — large piece; energy drink, chips, dip

Pm: Take out from a Mexican food taco shop: chips, salsa, guacamole, tacos w/ ground beef, refried beans, rice
